Refund policy


MARLIM is dedicated to customer service. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days after purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place and in its original packaging. Due to health regulations, and to ensure every customer the highest quality and hygiene, items that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

To make a return, simply follow the steps below.

Returns are for customers expense. Please make sure that you pay for the shipment costs at the post office of your choice. We strongly advise to send the items with Track&Trace, so that you can track your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges                                                                                                                                                                                          The fastest way to ensure you receive the item(s) you want in time, is to return the item(s) you don't want to keep and make a separate purchase for the new item(s) you wish to receive.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
